Yes, we will go on a "field trip" for our July meeting.  Though you won't need to bring along a "napsack" or wear a set of sneakers or hiking boots as we only plan to go to the Kittitas County Historical Museum just a couple blocks from the KCGS Library!  The Museum just celebrated their 50th anniversary on Sunday, June 1st.  Come hear about the events planned for the future and see some of the ever changing displays.  Museum Director Sadie Thayer will be our host and guide. 

 

Oh, and I assume  there will be chairs to rest on and rest rooms availabkle for the "adventurous hikers" after their long hike to the museum!  Just kidding!

 

This will be held at the IOOF/Brick Road Cemetery Office.  Presentation will be by Raven Harlen from the cemetery staff.  She will update us on the happenings at the cemetery.
