Wow!  Can you believe it's been 50 years since Spokane hosted the Expo 74 World's Fair?  In honor of that anniversary, the presentation at the March 11th meeting of the KCGS Society will take a look at what KCGS Members remember about that Fair.  KCGS members are asked to share memories and/or souvenirs of that fair with our membership.  Perhaps you only attended "in spirit" - well THAT counts too as your memories may have come from TV or newspaper coverage instead.  Since this will be an "audience participation" event come prepared to share your memories.

Ok, not everyone may have THOSE memories but maybe, like one of our members, you have memories of other fairs like the one in 1962 in Seattle, or the Vancouver BC fair in 1986 or some other World's Fair.  We are happy to hear about those memories as well.  Let's enjoy our look at "Fairs!"

As usual, guests are also welcome at our meetings and presenations.  Lite refreshments will also be available during the break.  Hope to see you Monday, March 11th at 1:30pm.
