KCGS members will hear a presentation from members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It will cover how the resources of their church provide help with our genealogy research through their many FamilySearch Centers around the world and their FamilySearch Library facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Come find out how their resources can help us with our genealogical work.
We will meet in the large briefing room (the Women's Relief Society Room). Folks can also bring their laptops and computer access will also be available on six computers in the computer room.
Lite refreshments will also be available.
KCGS is an affiliated FamilySearch Library so much of what will be presented can also be accessed at our KCGS Library later.
Note: This presentation will be at the Church located at 1700 Brick Road, just South of the Brick Road/IOOF Cemetery. Enter through the South Door and then take a Left about 3 doors to the West to find the FamilySearch Center.
