Union Gap Old Town Days & Civil War Reenactment

Here's a fun opportunity and it won't cost you a cent as both admission and parking are FREE!

Take a trip to Union Gap, WA, Father's Day weekend and visit the Central Washington Agricultural Museum as well as watch a Civil War Re-Enactment!

If you are a Civil War "buff" this is a VERY entertaining event.  The grounds of the park are filled with replicas of Civil War camps (both Union & Confederate) and reenactments of a battle with spirited participants dressed in 1860's dress!

I attended this one year when they even had someone dressed as General Grant that was so authentic that I could almost feel I was transported back into those years!  If you go, take plenty pictures and be sure to tour the camps and ask questions as the participants take on their own personas of that period!  This is always a Great event, in my opinion!
